We believe data is more than numbers—it’s the key to smarter decisions, sharper strategies, and unlocking growth. As the third member of our data team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our analytics foundation and shaping the company’s data culture.
You’ll partner with teams across marketing, product, operations, and sales to design scalable data models, uncover actionable insights, and influence strategy at the highest levels. Your work will directly guide decision-making and fuel growth.
Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field. Advanced SQL skills and expertise in building scalable data models (ETL infrastructure). Proficiency with Python for analysis, modeling, and experimentation. Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills—you simplify complexity and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong business acumen—you understand how data connects to revenue, customer behavior, and operational efficiency. A self-starter mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to fast-changing priorities.
